The Challenge
Creator Agents’ primary landing page led with a productized service—“Unlimited YouTube Video Editing for Real Estate Agents”—with plan tiers and proof points, but it wasn’t converting into new clients consistently. Old landing page.

Research & Insight
From a quick competitive scan and message mapping, I noted a pattern: high-ticket creative services convert better when the first step lowers friction (audit/strategy) instead of asking users to buy execution immediately. The hypothesis: shift the entry offer to an Audit / 1:1 Strategy Plan to (1) clarify value fast, (2) create a natural consultative close, and (3) reduce initial risk for prospects.
Strategy
- Reposition the offer from “unlimited editing” to a YouTube Channel Audit & 1:1 Growth Plan and rebuild the funnel around that single action.
- New Value Prop & CTA: A focused hero that invites prospects to “Get Your 1-on-1 YouTube Growth Plan” and positions the session as the first step to leads via YouTube. New landing page.
- Proof Reuse: Kept strong social proof/CTR “before vs after” visuals to retain authority and urgency.
- Offer Ladder: Audit → personalized plan → (if fit) ongoing editing/optimization services.
Execution
- New Funnel & Landing Page: Built the YouTube Strategy page and CTA flow around the audit entry point (headline, benefits, proof, book-a-call path). New landing page.
- Messaging Alignment: Reframed copy from “plans/features” to “diagnose → prescribe → scale,” keeping the brand’s YouTube expertise and real-estate focus from the prior page’s proof sections.
- Conversion Path: Single primary CTA (audit/plan), minimal distractions, credibility stacked near the booking action.
Results
- 4 clients in the first week after launch (client-reported).
- Qualitative lift: clearer conversations (audit → tailored plan), shorter time-to-close.
